2013.09.05 FOOD EXPO IN HKG 2013

食品見本市FOOD EXPO 2013会場We ran a booth at HK FOOD EXPO 2013 (HKTDC), which is largest in Asia, between Aug 15th and 17th. Its scale was tremendous. There were more than 300,000 visitors. 200 booths from Japanese companies were only 1/3 of 5th floor.
1st and 3rd floor were occupied with the companies from China, Korea and other countries.
Our appeal is 'FARM FRESH' from Japanese snow land . Our farmers export directly in order to keep freshness and commit to quality. By cooperation with Matilda and World Delica, we made presentation of peaches and grapes from Yamanashi, melons from Shizuoka, Mizunasu from Wakayama, corn from Iwate and so on. Lettuces ,Cabbages and Hakusai from Yatsugatake in Nagano attracted huge attention. We acknowledged again that local people are more interested in fresh products like vegetables, fruits and meats rather than processed food. We have received many business inquiries from HK, Malaysia and others and we have started negotiations.
